Terms of Service

1. Services

Guardlyze provides content moderation API services for businesses. Our services include text moderation, image moderation, audio moderation, and related analytics tools.

2. Pricing

Pursuant to Article L.441-1 of the French Commercial Code, our pricing terms are as follows:

  • Unit prices are available on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Volume discounts may be applied for enterprise customers upon request
  • Payment terms: invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
  • Late payment penalties: 3x the legal interest rate, applied from the day following the due date
  • Fixed recovery indemnity: 40 EUR for any late payment (Article D.441-5 of the Commercial Code)

3. Account Terms

  • You must be a registered business entity to use our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
  • You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API services. Service level agreements (SLAs) with specific guarantees are available for Business and Enterprise plans upon request.

6. Data Processing

Content submitted through our API is processed in real-time and not retained after analysis, unless explicitly configured otherwise. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available upon request for customers who require them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Guardlyze provides content moderation as an assistive tool. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and shall not be liable for content that passes through our filters. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
